Egarding fraud case for not returning ticket cancellation money

With due respect i want to say that i had booked a railway ticket from Darbhanga jn to New Delhi (Dated-09/01), having "Pnr no-6351739625", on the name of Amit Chaudhary which got cancelled due some reasons. The ticket was booked by private agent named-PITAMBAR JHA having address KALPANA TELECOM, VILLAGE P.O-Bahera (Benipur), Darbhanga (BIHAR), PIN NO-847201.
