Cheating by K&Y

Hi,

I had moved to Pune from Hyderabad and had terrible experience with K&Y Packers and Transport (Azad Varma). This guy came to home and did all sweet talk and promises. I gave him contract despite its slightly higher prices than others. And what follows was nightmare for me..

1. I was promised that my home stuff will be delivered on next day. On whole next day i contacted truck driver and Azad varma to know whereabouts of stuffs. They lied from morning that it'll be delivered in "1 hour", which actually happend to be next day afternoon!

2. They packed things so badly that all edible items were mixed.

3. When finally truck came, truck driver said they dont bring "Hamaal" and if i dont arrange myself to unload, he'll go back with my stuff. The driver was no less than a goon.

4. Forget about unpacking (which has to be done by packers and movers), i had to arrange for unloading stuff and to reach my apartment.

5. After my stuff reached, when i unpacked, glass items were broken. I called Azad varma (K&Y packers and movers) just to inquire again. And he was not picking up the call. I tried from other number and after hearing my voice cut the call.

So all in all, be very cautious while selecting packers and movers. Specially K&Y is a big cheater.
