Household items stolen while shifting

I shifted my household items on 27th December through K&Y Packers & Movers having their office in DLF-V, Gurgaon. Sateesh Kumar Verma came and promised that the truck will reach Bangalore & delivery will be done on 01st January.
Till date he is not able to explain as to where the consignment is. I have a feeling that the consignment has been stolen by K&Y Packers & Movers.
