Delay in refill booking

Not only me, but all LPG consumers are harassed for timely booking and delivering proper LPG refil cylinder and every time we have to pass through a hell of drill for getting a simple basic need of a refill cylinder. The system, they deliberately operate is totally faulty and they do not serve to common consumers but our quotas which they are getting, distribute to the market suppliers at a hefty sum and common man is left to their woes. Even your faulty format is stating that there are no complaints against this company. Please do take notice and you will find that this company has highest dissatisfied consumers in Delhi and/or in India. To whom should we go and who listens to us. No one.
