Non-Delivery of Gas from the deale

Hi,

I am a customer for Kanishka Gas Agency, Ganganagar, Bangalore since 12 years.

Whenever we book, either directly through agency or online, the delivery is always late.. we have to keep calling and give repeated reminders for gas to be sent... Due to this we have suffer at home (as we have single cylinder).

This Agency has become corrupt and are irresponsible to the requests of all the customers.

Please take a strict action against them.
