I beg to say that I take a cylinder to M/s Kanpur Gas Company Emploee through Home Deilevery In Last MonthAfter 15 Day The gas was Not Burn The Cylinder had whieght near about 7-8k. G of water in the cylider i have complaint in Agency office mall Road Kanpur. They said to me what I do? it a fault of IOCL panki Plant Kanpur.

I think I Will go to Consumer court against Agency & IOCL PLant PAnki Kanpur
