Cheat fill bike oil

I used to take Petrol for my bike pulsar from M/s Kapur Auto Service Station (Indian Iol petrol Pump), Patparganj socity, Delhi-110092. several times I had noticed they fill the petrol lesser quantities. Today (14th June timing 10.00 A.M.) I asked for to fill for Rs 500/- It was filled for Rs 200/- while my attention was away. Later I had to argue and get it filled the balance. This is the third instance with me. I do not know how many people are cheated like this in a day. Is there any one check and take action for this type of cheating. two boys attend the machine two wheeler one boys length 5.9'' & other 5.5''

so i request to kindly look into the matter and action immedietely
