Misinformation and Misbehaviour with the customers

I had to wait for nearly 15 minutes for my turn for filling the petrol in my car and when my turn had come they inform of the non availability of normal petrol. When asked to properly exhibit the non availability the filling agent as well as the owner/manager coolly asks me to go to other filling stations in a rude way. The behaviour is most condemnable and deserves strict action afte thorough investigation. I have registered my complain in the complaint register.
