Delay for home delivery of Refilling cylinde

Respected Sir/Madam,

My consumer no.08571. Booking no.288656.on dated 20/03. Regarding this I got a SMS on dated 07/04. that my cash memo no is 1762 & Cylinder shall be delivered shortly. But after 10 days goes from that date till now I have not get the refilled cylinder. This situation was happen many more time.

So please look in to the matter & solve my problem as soon as possible.
