Problem due to very late delivery of filledgas cylinde

I, Manoj Kumar Joshi (consumer no. K 2376) am having my Gas connection with Kasna Gas Agency and I booked cylinder for refilling on 22 feb and it is very disappointing to quote that still we didnt get the filled cylinder. We are staying in a joint family and there are in total 9 members in our family. Yesterday we were empty handed and we were not able to cook our lunch because our gas was finished while we were starting to make lunch.

No body now a days is willing to help by giving their filled cylinder because of this kind of disgusting attitude of the Gas agency people. They are not at all bothered about the problems of their consumers are facing due to this late delivery of the cylinder.

We can only request for their timely services, rest they should think.

Please supply us our cylinders today positively.

I hope I will not get the chance to write the same complaint again in future.
