No Dinner Provided

I have travelled from Mum-London on 14th of August. PNR no. is 9W/JLAOIT & ticket no. as 9W/ETKT 589 5331474745. In the ticket it was mentioned Dinner / Breakfast. But surprisingly we were not provided dinner & other guests were served. Also we were not asked for water. After an hour or so we asked for water & then after 20 mins the water was served. We had a very very poor experience with Jet. But if our ticket was inclusive of dinner why weren't we provided with it. Plz justify the same or else we will have to go legal.
