Non-supplying of gas cylinders

I, m having indane gas connection with Kavitha gas agency, vijaynagar, bangalore bearing consumer no. 43574. each time when in book, they won, t supply the cylinder in time, whenever i book it, they will be saying its in waiting list even though after completion of 30 days also.

hence i request the higher authorities to take immediate actions against this and make the supply in time.
