No Invoice and Refund for Car Purchased

I am writing this note with great disappointment and inconvenience suffered starting from dealer to customer support. I doubt if customer services has a meaning to Hyundai and if at all they have it is not reflecting in day to day practices.

My name is Nurul Amin based in Rajasthan. I have owned Hyundai Sonanta and i was very much satisfied with sales and services offered. I planned to purchase my second car from Hyundai around June but then i kept on waiting 2-3 Months with Raja Hyundai, Jodhpur but when car came it came a scratch on side door so i didn’t purchase from dealer though he was very keen to make a sale to me. Then salespersons there told me sir this dealer is not good we will take you to another dealer who is well behaved and doing good. I was surprised the way they were cribbing about place they were working. Then i moved to KD Motors, Jodhpur and i was assured by owner that we have contacts with upper level you make payment i will have car released in 15 days at Max but days turned into months nothing happened. I was willing to go for ASTA (O) but dealer said Sunroof model has come go for it so i didn’t mind since 16000 INR was difference so i paid and got back documents processed on same.

I kept on following up with them but at last when i couldn’t see delivery happening they told me they have received car with sunroof with same color i said i will pick it up no issues. I got car released and they said invoice and refund for sunroof will be given once owner of showroom comes back to India because he needs to sign. I trusted and i got into trap. Till date i don’t have invoice for my car and refund of what i paid. Owner is literally acting stupid they passes call to account department they we will call but there has been nothing from their side.

Then i decided to know what matter is they told me, you have been charged interest of 19000 for you car and invoice for same has been stopped. I am left with a car having no invoice and refund. I was shocking surprised as a loyal customer to Hyundai i waiting for so long and compromised on many thing and even after i am left will issues like this, there was no response from dealer so i decided to call customer care i didn’t know that i was going to have nightmares with then i have lodged complaint on 10th of December there has not been single communication from them every time I call they say it’s in process and there has been no response. I doubt, if Hyundai and Dealers have decided to make money this way.

I am writing this note to confirm if there will be action taken if not i can take necessary actions from my end. Mentioning details below and expecting things to be sorted out at earliest.
