Arrogant Attitude

I got call from Kekan gas for the verification of my address for the new gas connection almost after 3 weeks. The person was very arrogant ' He was speaking like doing dadagiri or like doing a favour on me' . He calls me @ 11.50 and says arrogantly 'Aaj aap ghar pe hi raho nahi to aapko gas connection nahi milega aur apko ek mahine baad he aana padega' and when i told him its not possible he was like then why did you submitted the application? Three weeks back when i approached Kekan gas in the afternoon of Saturday 2.00 PM, Office boy told me to visit after two hours as office lady was for lunch hours and she was expected by 4.00 (2 hours of lunch time), then i visited again by 04.00 and submitted application of verification (no one in office was co-operative and lady in office said verification would be done on Monday) however after 3 weeks a person from Kekan gas calls me suddenly mid of the day and he wants me to leave from my office and remain at home for the day for verification with arrogant language.
