Since 1 year hiring in upper court after defeat case in consumer court

I am NAMRATA SINGH, want to inform to you all that my father purchased YO electric scooty for college to & fro, from dealer satya automobile, RAIGARH city, Chhattisgarh. and i got continuously problem with that, that's why as owner i did complain against dealer in consumer court of Raigarh city, Chhattisgarh.and won case easily with in short duration, and court gave them order for money refund with in certain time duration, we were satisfied with decision but dealer again filled this case into Chhattisgarh state court. we were ready for this case into raipur.

I have problem that this case is continuously running around since 1 year, which are very bothering for us continue hiring in another city without any decision because as below middle class we had only one vehicle and after breakdown scooty my family can't able to manage this situation (as student go to college, daily work), its very painful without vehicle, and we are not able to purchase another vehicle. dealer is not repairing yo electric scooty because we did complain against him in court.

i have only request to you please do some favorable step in this case for favorable decision.then i think forward my academic carrier, ..
