SIR,

Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Renukoot Gas Agency, Main Road Renukoot, Sonebhadra, U.P.(91 5446-252485). My consumer number is 5503. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, their staff are unabale to say expected delivery date to me.

This gas agency are intensely creating problems to to the customers by not giving gas in 30 to 40 days.
