Complaint against supply and gas booking and their behavio

Dear Sir/Mam

I am Pawan Kumar From Distt Palwal Haryana wants to complaint against our Gas agency -Sushant Enterprises Hodal. The owner has some political support that why they are not care of consumers. The refill booking time which they are fix is from 9am to 12 pm, after this time they are not book the gas. They behaves very badly with consumers. They force the consumers to take tea packets, biscuits packets etc by paying more prices of that products. They give the cylinder delivery approx two months per cylinder. Consumers are basically from villages so that they can't do anything.

Please take some legal action against them
