10, 000 lit capacity sintex tank
Collepse of newly installed tank

We have purchased 2 nos. of 10, 000 lit tanks for Railway Project at Raipur, We have installed both the tanks and started filling water in both the tanks and after two and half hrs one of the tank collepsed. We have informed to your local dealer taken photographs and taken out samples pieces. Your mr. Akhil filled up claim form and taken my signatures and promised me that within 15 days tank will be replaced. Now aprox. 3 months are getting over we have not received any action from your side. This is delay in completion of project and Railway may impose penalty, which is the results of failure of one of the tank bill no. NGRM 3271 dt. 12.10.

It is therefore once again requested that kindly looked in to this matter and replace this tank immedeately.
