No refund of ticket

With reference to my PNR: PTEESY & Ticket No: 0902471162227, I would like to inform you that I had cancelled the same.

But I did not receive any refund till date. On the 23rd of May I was issued this reference no: 0900470473482 and was promised to receive my refund within 14 working days.

But lately I was informed that due to some payment gateway error my refund did not get processed.

Till date no action has been taken from their side. Also they have ceased replying to my 'reminder' emails.
