I booked a flight from Bangalore - Delhi - Chandigarh on 19th Feb for myself and my wife from easemytrip.com and in the E-Ticket i received, the boarding last time is mentioned 30 min before departure. I reached airport before 40 min of departure of flight but was denied check in and was forced to do a fresh booking. When i told about the 30 min in me E-Ticket, the lady in charge at B'glore airport just said she cannot do anything. Even there was a lot of time for flight to go (Around40 min) and despite of my pleading the did not let me in. I was forced to do a fresh booking and because of that i lost my Delhi - Chandigarh flight also. I lost around 7000 Rs in the process and wasted my time also and i could not reach to my home for an important function also. Sir, i suspect flight overbooking in this case as i met one more person in the airport who was denied boarding too in the same flight. Please look into the matter and help me in getting refund of my 7000 Rs.
