Re route amount not refuded

Dear sir/Madam,

I had booked kingfisher flight tickets for 2 members through makemytrip (makemytrip booking ID nf2520211611336) on 14-10.

Details:

passenger: Ganapathy Mukkatira Uthappa and Kaveri Bopanna

mysore- chennai (nov 18th pnr copnrd)

chennai- port blair (nov 19th pnr copnrd)

port blair- chennai (nov 26th pnr ghhhoq)

chennai- mysore (nov 26th pnr ghhhoq)

I was at my hometown till 17th nov which is 150kms from mysore airport. That night I got a call saying the flights has been cancelled from mysore and I have to travel to bangalore which is 450kms away to catch the flight. They said the remaining amount will be refunded to my account. Agreeing to this, I travelled to bangalore that night and completed my return jouney.

The ticket cost from bangalore to chennai is lesser than mysore to chennai when shown in makemytrip since mysore to chennai flights go via bangalore and same applies for return journey also.

After my travel, when I asked for refund of the mysore to bangalore/Bangalore to mysore ticket (2 way travel), they delayed to get my refund amount nor my travel expenses from mysore to bangalore.

Later they rejected to refund my money.

Total ticket was 37894.

Refund 15000 appr

Please look into this matter and help me.
