Blunder made by air port counter personnel

I had a ticket for Delhi to Bangalore for 10th October by IT 207 scheduled to depart at 2050 hrs. On 07th October while at Delhi airport travelling to Kolkata on 7th october by IT 603 at 1810 hrs, i went to King fisher airlines counter & requested for preponement of my Bangalore flight of 10th october from 2050 hrs to 1725 hrs. The lady at the counter did the changes against a rescheduling fee of Rs 500. Unfortunately i did not check the rescheduled receipt handed over to me assuming it to be correct. Immediately thereafter i travellled to kolkata. To day on 10th october while i was making a web check in, the system was not accepting. when i called up call centre of king fisher, i was told that my Delhi- Bangalore ticket was rescheduled for 7th october for 1725 hrs in stead of 10th october & my plea that the air port counter personnel did a blunder was not entertained. Finally I was to pay no show charges and rescheduling charges totalling Rs 2633 for travelling in the same flight. I feel that i was made to pay for the inefficiency of king fisher staffs and the saddest part is no body was prepared to listen to my plight and for about 2 hrs i was made to shuttle between call centre to air port office over phone. The air port officials of king fisher are extremely rude and insensitive and they were refusing to accept the calls. The delhi air port king fisher number i called up was 9350230376 and 9313863714. I want a refund of the payment made by me and the air lines should apologise for such inconvenience.
