Ticket refund

I am very much disappointed by the service which Kingfisher has offered me. I always belived it to be the best airline in terms of service this proved me very much wrong. I had booked the ticket with above captioned PNR for Mumbai Patna on 09/02 through Yatra.com. My flight schedule departure was 12.15 p.m but I received a call on 09/02 at 6.45 a.m from the number 912066243030 stating the flight has been reschdeuled to 2.10 p.m. And when I went to the airport at 12.00 p.m, your guys informed me the flight has already departed. They told they can do nothing as the call was made from call centre, I have to mail you on the same id for the refund.

This was the complaint I have mailed them 3 times but there was no respond from the airlines
