Credt Card Charged Twice

I have got my flight rescheduled from IT3415 -5:00pm to IT 3417 -9:00pm on May 13th from Bangalore to Pune (PNR- IEYYXF, Ticket No. 090 5173371469 6). I was charged a fare difference of Rs. 1400 Rs. 750 (Rebooking charges).

Rebooking charges has been charged twice on my credit card

Transaction reference id as appearing on my credit card...

a) 13/5 - 75140681135064652107727 - Rs. 750

b) 13/5- 75140681135064652102504 - Rs. 750

I informed Kingfisher Airlines customer service about the same. They asked me to send them a copy of my credit card through email on "guestcare@flykingfisher.com" which I did on May 23rd and again on June 2nd. After June 2nd I have send multiple reminders to know if Airlines has taken any action but I have not yet heard from them.
