OFF LOADING THE PASSENGER

Mrs Hardevi Chandnani 80 years old lady was booked on King Fisher Flt IT 0007 from Mumbai to London on 14 July. When she reached the airport she was informed that she did not have a valid visa to travel, though she had unlimited leave to enter UK. She was also told that they have contacted the embassy and they have also confirmed that she does not have a valid visa to travel. She had no choice but to return. They also arranged for the refund.

On 15th July she went to the UK consulate only to be told that her visa was valid and that she could travel and that KF airlines has been informed.

This was HARASSMENT and MENTAL TORTURE for the lady and the family. She finally traveled on 16 July on the same visa endorsed on her passport. PNR -LIJTOZ .

I demand compensation for for harassment and mental torture.
