Kingfisher Airlines
Not getting the refund

I have booked a return flight (bangalore to delhi 9th september and delhi to bangalore 13th september) on kingfisher airlines on 1st september using my standard chartered bank credit card and there was a offer if i use standard chartered bank card i would get Rs 500 cash back. Till now i have not got that cash back.

Kindly let me know if any further information is required from my side.
