Regarding refund

Hi i have booked three tickets from New delhi to visakhapatnam connecting hyderabad on 17 Jul. After reached Hyderabad due to some reasons i cancelled ticket from hyderabad to visakhapatnam. The kingfisher officials said that the refund amount will be refunded to booking agent but the agent said that there is no credit in his acount. So pl take action as considerable and favorable action pl.
