Lost Baggage

I had travelled in Kingfisher airlines from Bangalore to Indore via Delhi on Feb 12th. Unfortunately this travel become most memorable day in my life. While boarding to flight (IT 2822) in Bangalore, since my cabin bag was weighing 11 Kgs, I was asked to put my luggage in Check in. My luggage contains Laptop, Digital Camera, Spectacles, ID Card, new clothes, medicine etc, . When I Arrived at Indore, I came to know that, my luggage got missed. Till now my luggage is not traced and KF is very cool and says that, they will give compensation (Rs 450/KG) and close the case. I have sent mail to guestcare@flykingfisher.com. Same answer from them as well. Please help me in getting the luggage or suitable compensation. Definately I can't accept the compensation of Rs 450/Kg. I had lot of data in my laptop which cannot be replaced by money.
