King Fisher
Fradulent card activity and flight booking

Hi,

My credit card (from citibank) was used for some fraudulent activity on King Fisher website.

The card was charged with 21774 rupees on 31st March.

I have tried registering the complain with CITI bank but they did not register my complain as the merchant (King Fisher) has not claimed the transaction yet.

King Fisher will not take the complaint as they do not have PNR.

I was able to cancel the tickets after many trials. But i have no received any reply from King Fisher on the details of the complaint so as start a police investigation and file an FIR.

King FIsher has to provide more details on this.
