Charging more MRP

Sir,

I am living in SPIC Nagar, Thoothukudi. TASMAC liquior shops in Mullakadu, next to SPIC nagar is charging more than the MRP on beer Items. The rate indicated in the label is Rs.65/-(MRP), but they are charging Rs 75/- per beer bottle. Recently the T N Govt. has rounded off the prices in order to avoid the employess not to take the balance amount which they refuse to pay back to the customers and to increase the revenuve to the govt. All the efforts taken by the Tamil nadu govt, is waste and the employees are charging again excess over the MRP.

When I asked the employee he said very cool that the share goes upto the top level.

Will the TN govt, take any action against this day robbery. Kindly look into the matter control the same at the earliest.
