No reunds

Dear Sir,

Did not receive refunds for my international flight which was scheduled from london heathrow to new delhi on 10th July.

Flights were cancelled long back and i applied for reunds in the month of april itself. Its been more than 3 months now. Moreover i have reached back to India through some other flight. Waiting for my reunds till date!!!
