I had booked my ticket to and fro from pune to calcutta but airline cancelled (both ways) it for some reason and had asked us to call and get the ticket arranged. I decided to cancel my ticket from kol to pune. Since they had cancelled i am eligible to get entire money refund without any cancellation charges.

I had to call them more than 10 times to get my refund. It has been almost 2 months that i have been trying to get my refund!!! Everytime i call (after waiting for 45mins to 1hr to reach them, on phone) i have to explain my situation from the start and then they assure that you will get your refund within 10 days but it never happens!!! Till date i have not received my money back!

I am tired of getting in touch with them and keep checking my account if i have got my money. I am really sick of it. I was appearing for my exam but yet i had keep following these guys.
