From goa to Mumbai
On dated 30th of September 10 at mentioned time 6:30 am on our ticket but they didn't inform us flight departured at 5:30 due to which we missed the flight.
Miss Sheetal who was present at kingfisher counter in goa airport didn't cooperate with us.
She gave us the excuse that she had given a call to our travel agent just one day before.but when we talked with the travel agent says that they received a call, but without any communication phone disconnected and they didn't receive another call from kingfisher.
If there is any possibility please try to refund our money.
