Mis-Management of flights

I had booked a connecting flight through Make My Trip Mumbai - Hyderabad, Hyderabad - Delhi. Mumbai Hyderabad flight was through Kingfisher Red and Hyderabad Delhi was through Air India.

Both the Air lines were aware of the connecting flight status. Kingfisher Red flight was (Scheduled arrival at Hyderabad was 20.05 and the departure of Air India was scheduled at 21.30 hours. And considering this we had gone ahead to book the connecting flights. The Kingfisher flight was delayed by approximately half an hour. Although our luggage was put in priority baggage, still it took us approx. 15-17 minutes in collecting the luggage. When we (Me and my Daughter) reached Air India Boarding counter we were refused to board the flight because as per Air India officials we were late to board the flight.

We had to undergo the trauma of missing the flight, humiliation on the part of Air India ground staff, booking afresh Rail tickets which also could not be confirmed, spending full night at Air port, travelling mid night to Railway Station, waiting at Railway Station as we did not have any other place to go in a total new city.

We had to under go all this due to the fault of "Kingfisher Red" in not keeping up with the time scheduled for take off and landing of the flight.

We lost our money, missed the occasion for which we had to go and not only that, we had to undergo mental as well physical harassment.

I am filling this complaint to inform you to claim the redresal and punitive damages for the loss of money and the time due to mental and physical harassment we had to undergo.
