Irresponsible Behaviou

The Kingfisher fligt IT3410 from Bangalore to Kolkata on 07th Nov (tomorrow) suddenly got cancelled, which was notified to me on 06th Nov (today) from a number 9341444147. They wanted me to confirm the flight on which I could reschedule the journey where my old parents will be travelling. I asked for some time to confirm the request, and asked for a number where I can call back to confirm; and they told me to confirm back at the same number provided above. After I called back 10 minutes later, they provided me another number 7259104102; and when I called them back at this number, the person responded rudely and told me to call back at the previous number. I'm still at a big trouble as the customer care executives are behaving in a complete irresponsible manner. Please help.
