i am one of the victim of KK Enterprises, Indane gas distributor at bangalore.

my consumer no is 77343.

* i think a gas cylinder is made in such a manar so that it can run a medium family's requirement for 30 day.

* after advance booking, if some one does not get refill cylinder then what he/she should do; can you suggest.

* i am giving some of the records for your reference indicating late delivery of gas...

* after repeated complain to the manager of KK Enterprises he is telling that nothing is his hand and shortage of supply is there. He has also certified on 10/02 that now on words refill gas cylinder will be distributed after 45 days of last delivery date.

please do something accordingly and take positive steps; and maintain the trustworthiness of such a high esteem organisation.
