Respected Sir,

I had Worked in the M/S – KLN Motors Agencies (P) Ltd for last 2 years (03.09.2007 to 01.10.2009). I was Relived from the service on 01.10.2009. My PF was Claimed on 18.01.2010 but I went to PF Office claim my PF he was told that PF Form as been declined.

PF Office has rejected the form 19 and send back to the M/S – KLN Motors Agencies (P) Ltd. I asked the HR (Ms. Shanthi) she gave me un reasonable Answer I am in another Work, No Assistants, & saying she didn’t received any one form 19 from the PF Office. But the HR Assistant agreed they had received the form 19, for every employee they are doing the same receiving the form tearing and put in the dustbin.

As a employee I need justice.

Kindly look into this problem and help me to claim my PF Amount as Soon as Possible.
