Car cancelled by agency one hour before reporting time

I made a booking on 17th August for a Kolkata cab to report to me at 10 pm on 19th August. On 19th August at 8.30 pm I was informed that the car could not be sent as they had six car breakdowns that day and so no car was available.

I feel the excuse given is not true or if true then Kolkata Cabs has really bad cars! Also, the last minute (1 hour before reporting time) advice left me with no choice but to go out to search for an ordinary taxi. Since I had my aged mother with me it was very difficult. I would like this reported against Kolkata Cabs and warn everyone NEVER to trust them.
