Booking of car confirmed but not sent

My name is Gopi Nath Goenka and I booked an A.C. TATA Indica with Kolkata Cabs on 11th May at 11:00am approximately for the 12th May with a reporting time of 09:30am in the morning. This gentleman asked me to SMS him my Name, Address and reporting time on his number. I did the same and after doing so, I confirmed with him that he had received my SMS. He told me that he would be informing me of the details of my car and the driver by night. I waited all night but I did not get any SMS. I called them up in the morning and they said that due to an internal fault of theirs. they would not be able to send me the car. My relatives have come over and are waiting for th car to come because we were supposed to go out for a very important meeting which we will not be able to go for, thanks to Kolkata Cab's callousness. Kindly take the strongest possible action against them.
