Ad after sale service

I am not satisfied with the after sale service provided by komfort yamaha, gandhinagar.

i am owning yamaha fz16 registration no. GJ-18-AJ-1729.

they have not followed the instruction written in service book and did not checked battery at all. they neither checked battrey water level nor the electrodes of battery.

Because of that just after 5 days of my 6th free service of i could not start my bike with self start and since this bike doesn't have kick i have to roll it in 1st gear to start it.

I have to ride my bike on that day without horn, self start and side light working.
