Door delivery/LPG not delivered

Sir,

SV No.18742 Booking No.4052 dated 15/05, till date not delivered.

After telephonic complain they answered it has come back due to non availability of the consumer, which is a false claim as we are always present and the other family is also staying at ground floor.

After several request they are not able to deliver the same because of delivery person's negligence.

pls do needful
