Delay in delivery of Verna

Hello,

I am Sukhdeep Singh Maan from Abohar (dist. Fazilka, State Punjab). I booked Verna 1.6 sx on 19th October from kosmo hyundai making advance payment of rs. 1 lakh. They promised to deliver car on the last week of December. whenever I talked to them they did not respond in responsible way. They would give different contact numbers to talk about this issue. Every time they would say we will try. I have realized that they are not going to solve my problem. Yesterday one of their representatives disconnected my call and after that he did not pick up my call. Another sales manager said we can not do anything. Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible.
