Given wrong commitment and taken booking amount

Sir/Madam,

I have booked Verna Fludic on my wife's name as on 21 June on the

wordings of deler Kothari Hyundai that within 3 months i will get the car.

But Now its almost 4 months but i'm not getting the car and i know that delear

selling the car to those people who r giving ON (Black) amount to it.

I'm expecting legal complaint against the delaer as well as Hyundai by consumer forum.
