Kothari Wheels have the worse Service Stations with managements running with utmost chaos.

My first service of Dzire was due for x date, and after my following up everyday and shouting at their staff for one entire week, I get a call from some Vinod guy, telling me that he will look into it and resolve it ASAP.

Two weeks went by, and still no service. I am supposed to get Pick and Drop service, and they kept insisting every single time to give the car by myself! I insisted on using the facility promised during Sales, but in return what I got was waiting and talking to some uneducated staff of theirs.

Finally, I gave up and got my car serviced from a different Maruti Dealer!

Please beware of Kothari Wheels. Better to go through some other dealer for purchasing your car!
