Hopeless service

I bought a honda unicorn from kothari wheels tilak road. I got the delivery of the bike on 10/3.But they have not yet done the passing of my bike yet. As i dont have a number to my bike, i cant use my bike since the last 15 days which is highly inconvinient to me. The staff is absolutely hopeless and they do not bother about the customers needs. Every time i ask them to give my bike's number they tell me to come after 2-3 days. This is going on since the the last 15 days. Im fed up of requesting them and making rounds of the showroom again and again. I HOPE THIS COMPLAINT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
