Hi!!

I am purchased an Alto LXI model from K P auto Motive jaipur Rajasthan.. my name is Manish Gupta my car nuber RJ-14-CJ-2656

My problem is i got 2nd serviced my vehicle from there.. second service is pathetic (unusal)...

1).i told the service engg.. for certain jobs.. ut he was busy nother person while making note of coplaints..

2). All front seat covers are very dirty coz they don't use plastic covers to protect them .. when i told him abt my problem he told me that i m not sit with every car..

3). the care was badly dirty i asked the clener he told go to out of gate ask the guard they will call people... so plz suggest me thts my job of clening...

I m also posted my experience to K P service chart which they given to every customer i m got any response...

Plz suggest any other Service station for my next service who is having responsiblity to do service... we are not fools right
