Regarding Hotel Room Bookings

Respected Sir.

I want to complain about K.S.Holidays i have purchased a package from k.s holidays of 32500 which includes 5 nights in hotel but they have booked 4 nights in hotel and i have to pay for 1 night they are accepting their mistakes but not ready to reedeem my money.
