Sir,

I am Jamsheer from Kalpetta, we are purchased a Honda Stunner

[Registration number: KL 12E 5126] in the name of my mother Zubaida before 8 months. From your KTC HONDA, Kaletta showroom.

Before 4 months this vehicle make a accident and have serious damages on some spare parts like, Fuel Tank, Alloy wheel. On that time I enter this vehicle on your Service centre at Kalpetta. The Service Manager told me that time musty needed changing on Petrol tank and Alloy wheels in the Support on Insurance Company.

We make follow up every weak him. Until this time [After 4 months]

He told me Petrol tank and Alloy wheels only needed maintain from Calicut GUJRI.

and he ask total service charge on this work RS: 19000 bill.

Within 3 months we are several time contact your Service Manager at Calicut. Mr. Manoj [9847497373] and Branch in charge Mr. Shaji PV [KTC HONDA, Kalpetta] But this two guys are very cruel and irresponsible behavior return to me.

This work is same like as a Local workshop. I have some good experience in motor vehicle industry especially Sales and Service. So I request to you please consider this is a service request and solve my problems as earlier as possible.
