KTC Hyundai/Igen I20
After booking Re-issued the quote with a different price

I have requested for a performa-invoice from both KTC hyundai Thrissur and KTC hyundai Calicut.

Compared to KTC hyundai thrissur, KTC Hyundai calicut had issued me a quote with a better on road price and i booked the Car (igen i20 sportz 1.4 CRDI) on the same day.(ie; Rs:- 762501 on 18-06). Depending on this invoice i have made necessary arrangements for Car loan in Bank.

When the Sales executive repeatedly called me from KTC hyundai Thrissur, I informed him about the booking status and he escalated it to KTC hyundai calicut and they re-issued a new quote on 19-06-12 with a huge price difference claiming that they issued the quote earlier by mistake.

I can attach both invoice an booking receipt if required. Here they have really cheated the customer and now they are not ready to deliver the vehicle for the same price. Please take some necessary action on this case.
