Bad Car Servicing

Dear Sir/Mam,

Respectfully, i want to say that i have a Maruti Suzuki A-Star car UP 32 CT 3809. I serviced it in KTL Pvt. Ltd. front of H.A.L. Lucknow on 11 June. The delivery time of my car was given me 2:00 PM by service adviser. But it delivered to me at 5:30 PM. Its not first chance. Its third time to delay in delivery after servicing. Except it the service quality is not good. At the time of service job card openining i have mentioned all the problems of car to service adviser and he mentioned it in job card. But there was no problem solution at the time of car delivery. when we complaint to works manager he said that it is because of rush.
